Fair questions

Do I need to learn another dashboard?

No — that’s the point. Storeline has no analytics dashboard at all. Your analyst messages you, and you reply. The only web page you’ll use is a small settings page for connections and your plan.

What data does it see?

Your Shopify orders, products and inventory (never your customers’ names or emails), plus GA4 traffic and Meta Ads performance if you connect them. Everything is read-only and stored in the EU.

What if my GA4 setup is broken?

Very common — which is why connecting GA4 starts with a free setup audit. If your purchase tracking is broken, your analyst tells you exactly what to fix, step by step. Briefings work fine on Shopify data alone in the meantime.

Can the AI make numbers up?

The AI never calculates anything. All numbers come from a deterministic metrics layer, and every message is automatically fact-checked against its own input data before it’s sent. If a check fails, the message is held for review instead.

How does the trial work?

14 days free with real briefings on your real data, billed through Shopify only after the trial. Cancel anytime — uninstalling the app ends billing immediately. And if your first paid month wasn’t worth it, tell us and we refund it.

Is compliance advice legal advice?
